Kelly McDowell (board)
Kelly is a native of Chattooga County and graduated from Tron High School in 1995. She graduated from Shorter College with her BSBA. She also graduated from GNTC as a Master Cosmetologist. She is a classically trained pianist and also studied piano while at Shorter. Kelly loves all things hair and makeup, crafting, shopping, and listening to music with Darby. She has been married to James McDowell for 16 years, and they have a 12-year-old son, Darby. They also have 5 cats and 1 dog. Kelly got involved with DIGS to give back to the community. Kelly resides in Rome.
