Josh Salas (board)
Josh Salas, a native of Woodstock, GA, holds degrees in Music and Psychology from Kennesaw State University. He is currently a Senior HRIS Analyst at Advocate Health and has dedicated 15 years to the healthcare industry, working in various roles including direct patient care, Information Services, Planning, and HR administration. He currently resides in Rome with his wife, Kasey, and their dog, Leo. An avid golfer, you can catch him at a local course most weekends or enjoying an outdoor activity with his family.
Growing up with family members who have intellectual disabilities, Josh has firsthand experience with the daily joys and struggles families face when they or their children are viewed as ‘different’ or ‘challenged’. He hopes to bring a new sense of joy and love to the DIGS family while continuing to enhance the lives of all those who might have otherwise felt different.
Josh is involved in numerous organizations around Rome, often participating in various music, sports, and church groups. Driven by a lifelong passion for supporting individuals with developmental challenges, his service on the DIGS board reflects a deep commitment to uplifting and caring for those in need.
