Bonnie Jones, an Atlanta native, is a graduate from Auburn University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Bonnie has more than a decade of experience in non-profit management, fundraising, grant writing, and volunteer recruitment working for the Open Door Children’s Home, the Corporation for National and Community Service, and Heyman HospiceCare at Floyd Medical Center. Bonnie has been involved with numerous civic organizations, including the Doc Ayres and Ray Beck Community Foundation, the Polk Healthcare Foundation, and currently serves as the President of the Council of Volunteer Administrators. She has a passion for serving and advocating for adults with developmental disabilities. Bonnie currently resides in Rome, Georgia with her husband, son and multiple rescue animals.
